- For 2026–27, the Hakuba Valley All-Mountain Day Pass costs ¥11,100 for 1 day (child ¥6,400) and ¥63,900 for 6 days, and covers 10 ski areas. It goes on sale around November on the Hakuba Valley webshop.
- On the days you ski, the pass also covers the Hakuba Valley shuttle bus. It does not cover night skiing or the night bus.
- If you ski only Happo-one, its own day ticket is ¥9,800 from December 19 to March 22, ¥1,300 less. The valley pass is worth it if you change ski areas or ride the shuttle, and teenagers aged 13 to 17 pay less on the Happo-one ticket.
Buy the valley pass if you will ski more than one area or ride the shuttle.
In 2026–27 it costs ¥1,300 more a day than a Happo-one day ticket in high season, and the shuttle rides are included.
Buy it online before you arrive, with a Visa or Mastercard; you cannot cancel it once bought.

This page sets out what the 2026–27 Hakuba Valley All-Mountain Day Pass costs, how to buy and use it, and when a single ski area's own ticket costs less, using the prices posted on October 22, 2026. - Adult: age 13 and over.
- Child: age 6 to 12.
- Free: under 6 (under 3 at Jigatake and Kashimayari).
What the pass covers
- 10 ski areas: Jigatake, Kashimayari Family Park, White Resort Hakuba Sanosaka, ABLE Hakuba Goryu, Hakuba47, Happo-one, Iwatake, Tsugaike, Hakuba Norikura Onsen and Hakuba Cortina. You can ski more than one on the same day.
- The shuttle bus: free on the days you ski or snowboard.
- Not covered: night skiing and the night shuttle bus.
The pass starts on your first lift or shuttle ride. If you ride the shuttle on a day you do not ski, that still uses one full day of your pass.
How to buy and redeem it
How I checked this
- Buy on the Hakuba Valley webshop. It is due to go on sale around November; you need an account, and it takes Visa and Mastercard only.
- You get a QR code and a pickup code by email. At the ski area, show them at a ticket window or scan the QR code at a SKIOSK machine to get your card.
- Tap the card at the lift gates. If you already have a Hakuba Valley IC card, you can reload it online with its 23-digit number and go straight to the lifts.
- Allow about 30 minutes after buying before you use it. Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded once bought.
- Deposit: the valley pass needs none, but the terms say passes for Goryu, Hakuba47 and Kashimayari need a ¥500 deposit, refunded when you return the card.
- Jigatake: you cannot redeem or reload the pass there. Redeem it at another ski area first; Jigatake swaps it for its own ticket at the ticket office.
- The free shuttle starts after you redeem: if you bought online, the free rides begin only once you have picked up your card. A reloaded card needs one pass through a lift gate first.
Is it worth it? The valley pass vs Happo-one's ticket
Happo-one has posted its own 2026–27 prices, so its ticket is the one compared here.
| Ticket, 2026–27 | Valley pass | Happo-one only |
|---|---|---|
| 1 day, December 19 – March 22 | ¥11,100 | ¥9,800 |
| 1 day, December 1–18 | ¥11,100 | ¥6,400 |
| 1 day, March 23 – May 5 | ¥11,100 | ¥6,400 |
| 2 days, high season | ¥21,800 | ¥19,600 |
| Teen aged 13–17, 1 day, high season | ¥11,100 | ¥4,900 |
Happo-one's prices are for its ticket windows. Its adult ticket is for ages 18 to 64 and its child ticket for ages 6 to 17. If you already have an IC lift card, Happo-one also sells an online reload: ¥9,500 for 1 day in high season.
- In high season, the valley pass costs ¥1,300 more a day. Last winter, the adult fare listed for the Line V shuttle linking the ski areas was ¥800, more than half of that difference.
- Early and late in the season, Happo-one's ticket is ¥4,700 cheaper, so buy the valley pass only if you plan to ski elsewhere.
- With teenagers, Happo-one charges the child price up to age 17, while the valley pass charges the adult price from 13. A 15-year-old skiing Happo-one alone pays ¥6,200 less a day on Happo-one's ticket. Happo-one asks to see ID for the child price, so bring it for your teenager.
Epic Pass holders
Hakuba Valley is an Epic Pass partner. If you hold one of these passes for 2026–27, you can get a free 5-consecutive-day Hakuba Valley pass once during the winter:
- 2026–2027 Epic Pass, Epic Local Pass, Lifetime Pass or Epic Adaptive Pass.

Pick it up at a ski area ticket center. At Happo-one, that is the Nakiyama No. 2, Kokusai or Sakka ticket offices (9:00–15:00) or the Happo Information Center (8:00–17:00).
Getting around with the pass
The pass is most useful if you stay near a shuttle stop. See my guides to Hakuba without a car for the buses and where to stay in Hakuba for the areas.
- The 2026–27 shuttle lines and fares; Hakuba Valley's shuttle page still showed last winter's.
- The exact date the 2026–27 pass goes on sale.
- Single-resort prices at the other 9 ski areas.
- Whether the pass is sold at the ski area ticket windows as well as online.
I will update this page when the pass goes on sale and the shuttle timetable is posted.
